Helping people reconnect with themselves has been the thread running through my life for more than two decades.

I’m someone who believes people already hold more strength, wisdom and resilience than they often realise. Sometimes all that’s needed is a moment of curiosity, a different perspective, or someone to gently walk beside them as they rediscover what was there all along.

I believe lasting change often begins with a single question…

Why not?

Why not pause?

Why not see things differently?

Why not become open to a different possibility?

That simple question became the inspiration behind my first published book, and it continues to shape everything I do today.

Over the past 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life through self-discovery, meaningful conversations, individual and group programs, energy-based wellbeing, workshops, mentoring and teaching. Along the way I’ve become a Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, EFT and Meditation Practitioner, author of Why? Why Not? and creator of the Intuitive Guidance Card Deck.

While the tools have evolved over the years, my purpose hasn’t.

It has always been to help people help themselves.

Not by telling them who they should become…

But by helping them reconnect with who they already are.
